In der Vorlesung wird das Strafverfahren aus soziologischer und psychologischer Sicht betrachtet. Im ersten Teil der Veranstaltung steht die theoretische Perspektive im Vordergrund. Im zweiten Teil werden die für die rechtsberatende und rechtsprechende Berufspraxis erforderlichen Schlüsselqualifikationen (speziell: Gesprächsführung, Rhetorik, Vernehmungslehre, Kommunikationsfähigkeit) an den Beispielen des Mandantenerstgesprächs, von Zeugenvernehmungen und von Plädoyers praktisch vertieft. An der Vorlesung nehmen Gastdozenten aus der Fakultät für Psychologie teil. Vorkenntnisse im Strafverfahrensrecht sind erforderlich.

Neue Studienordnung: Die Veranstaltung dient bei aktiver Teilnahme dem Erwerb von Schlüsselqualifikationen gem. § 28 Abs. 3 der neuen Studienordnung.
