Das Seminar gibt einen grundlegenden Einblick in das pädagogische Handlungsfeld der Beratung. Es werden verschiedene Beratungsansätze und Beratungsfelder theoretisch thematisiert und Bezug auf die Herausforderungen und Anforderungen im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Zielgruppen in der Beratungspraxis genommen. Ziel ist die kritische Reflexion von Beratungsinhalten und des eigenen pädagogischen Handelns.

Diese Veranstaltung berücksichtigt inhaltlich insbesondere die Aspekte des Leitbildes für die Lehre im Hinblick auf Genderaspekte, Persönlichkeitsentwicklung und Berufsfeldorientierung.
