Die Veranstaltung dient der Vorbereitung auf die Klausur. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Technik der Fallbearbeitung. Anhand der besprochenen Fälle findet zugleich eine Wiederholung von Inhalten der Vorlesung "Schuldrecht für Studierende der Wirtschaftswissenschaften" aus dem Wintersemester 2012/13 statt.
