Competencies

Die Studierende sollen Kenntnisse des rechtlichen Rahmens, in dem Unternehmen agieren, entwickelt haben und angewandte rechtliche Fragestellungen lösen können.

Content of teaching

Die Auseinandersetzung mit unternehmerischen Entscheidungen setzt Kenntnisse über die rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen, denen die Unternehmen unterliegen, voraus. In einer zweistündigen Veranstaltung werden die allgemeinen Grundlagen des Schuldrechts vermittelt werden, die im 2. Buch des BGB (ua7ua7 241-853 BGB) kodifiziert sind. Dann sollen im Rahmen einer zweistündigen Veranstaltung die Grundzüge des Gesellschaftsrechts (Strukturen, Rechtsformen, Regelungsprobleme) ausgearbeitet werden.
