In dieser Veranstaltung werden die bereits erworbenen Kenntnisse im Strafrecht, vor allem im Bereich
der Eigentums- und Vermögensdelikte, vertieft und anhand der gemeinsamen Lösung von Fallbeispielen eingeübt.
Zur Leistungskontrolle wird eine Semesterabschlussklausur angeboten.
