240033 Proseminar: Lie-Algebren (PS) (WiSe 2013/2014)

Lie-Algebren sind Vektorräume mit einer antikommutativen bilinearen Operation, die als Funktion eines Argumentes die Leibnizregel erfüllt.
Sie spielen gemeinsam mit ihren entsprechenden Lie-Gruppen (was auch immer das ist) in verschiedenen Gebieten der Mathematik eine Rolle.

Das Seminar führt in die elementare Theorie endlichdimensionaler Liescher Algebren ein, zu deren Verständnis die Vorkenntnisse aus den Vorlesungen Lineare Algebra I und II ausreichen.

WICHTIG: Eine Vorbesprechung für das Seminar findet am Mittwoch 17. Juli um 15:15 Uhr in L3-108 statt!
