Future Skills – das sind fachübergreifende Fähigkeiten, um aktuelle und vor allem zukünftige Herausforderungen in einer sich schnell verändernden Welt zu meistern (Ehlers, 2020). Zentral dafür ist eine hohe Fähigkeit zur Problemanalyse, so dass eigenes Wissen und eigene Kompetenzen auf verschiedenste Kontexte angewandt werden können. Wir legen dabei einen Fokus auf digitale Herausforderungen und verschaffen uns ein Überblicks- und Grundlagenwissen zu den wichtigsten digitalen Herausforderungen in Studium und Beruf.
Im Seminar beschäftigen wir uns mit:- Dateiverwaltung & Wissensmanagement
- Selbstorganisation (E-Mails, Projektplanung, Kalenderführung)
- IT-Sicherheit
- Wissenskommunikation
Dies sind Themen, mit denen wir in allen Studien- und Berufskontexten konfrontiert werden und die auch in Zukunft nicht nur wichtiger, sondern auch vermehrt digitalisiert sind.
Wir setzen uns kritisch-reflexiv mit diesen Aspekten auseinander und werfen dabei immer einen Blick auf die eigenen Arbeitsweisen, um das Erlernte in der eigenen Studienpraxis umzusetzen.Es gibt aus technischen Gründen eine Teilnahmebegrenzung, aber erfahrungsgemäß finden alle Interessierten einen Platz in diesem Seminar, auch wenn es mehr als 20 Teilnehmende sein werden.
