Contents, comment

Gegenstand der Lehrveranstaltung sind Entstehung und Entwicklung des Verfassungsstaates und des Verfassungsrechts aus der Sicht der Verfassungsgeschichte und zentraler Positionen der Staatslehre. Dabei werden insbesondere behandelt:
- Idee und Herausbildung des Verfassungsstaates,
- Verfassungsbewegungen und Verfassungsentwicklungen im Konstitutionalismus,
- Die Weimarer Republik,
- Nationalsozialismus,
- Die Entstehung der deutschen Zweistaatigkeit.

Die Veranstaltung richtet sich an Studierende der Rechtswissenschaft und bietet die Möglichkeit zum Erwerb eines sogenannten „kleinen Grundlagenscheins“ durch eine Kurzhausarbeit.
