220129 Zur Geschichte Russlands und der Sowjetunion von Katharina der Großen bis Gorbatschow am Beispiel der Russlanddeutschen (K) (SoSe 2023)

Mit einem Manifest der Zarin Katarina der Großen begann 1763 die über 200jährige Geschichte der Russlanddeutschen. Sie wurden Teil der wechselvollen Geschichte der multinationalen Imperien Russlands und der Sowjetunion und erlebten sie über die Jahrhunderte hinweg als privilegierte Kolonisten, treue Untertanen, potentielle Verräter, rechtlose Verbannte und moderne Sowjetbürger. Für diesen Kurs dienen uns ihre Erfahrungen und Sichtweisen als Prisma auf einige zentrale Schlüsselmomente der russländischen und sowjetischen Geschichte: Das Zarenreich unter Katharina II, die Reformen Alexanders II, die Revolution und der Bürgerkrieg, die Sowjetisierung der 1920er und die Wolgarepublik, der Stalinterror, der Zweite Weltkrieg, die Entstalinisierung, und die Ära des Spätsozialismus.
Es ist eine Exkursion zum Museum für russlanddeutsche Kulturgeschichte in Detmold vorgesehen.
Die Veranstaltung beginnt am 11. April.
