Die Modulbezogene Vertiefung dient der Vorbereitung auf die Modulprüfung. In der Modulprüfung werden ausgewählte Inhalte der vorangegangenen Modulelemente vertieft. Die Veranstaltung findet in einem 14-tägigen Rhythmus statt, wobei eine Mischung aus Präsenzsitzungen, Beratungsterminen und Selbstlernphasen vorgesehen ist.

Insgesamt sind drei Präsenzsitzungen geplant, in denen die Leistungsanforderungen konkretisiert sowie die notwendigen Grundlagen des wissenschaftlichen Arbeitens vermittelt werden. In individuellen Sprechstunden findet eine Beratung (Einzelberatung oder Kleingruppen) hinsichtlich der inhaltlichen Ausgestaltung der Modulprüfung statt. Ergänzende Materialien werden über einen Lernraum zur Verfügung gestellt.
