RÜCKGABE UND BESPRECHUNG
Die Klausur Strafrecht - Allgemeiner Teil wird am 21. März 2023, 12-14 Uhr in H 4 zurückgegeben und nach der Rückgabe besprochen.
Remonstrationen einzureichen sind nur Studierende berechtigt, die an der o.g. Besprechung der Klausur teilgenommen haben.
Zulässig sind Remonstrationen nur dann, wenn sie im Sekretariat des Lehrstuhls (U 8 - 239) schriftlich und mit substantiierter Begründung eingereicht werden. Frist des Eingangs einer Remonstration spätestens am 28. März 2023 im Sekretariat.

Hilfmittel bei Prüfungen:
Am Ende des Semesters wird eine Abschluss-Klausur angeboten. - In den Gesetzestexten sind Unterstreichungen, farbliche Markierungen, Post-its sowie Verweise auf andere Vorschriften erlaubt. Handschriftlich hinzugefügte Texte oder Aufbauschemata dürfen demgegenüber nicht in den Gesetzestexten enthalten sein.
