In diesem Seminar wird historisch und systematisch der Begriff der Teamsupervision wissenschaftlich beleuchtet.
Dafür wird der Genese des Teambegriffs entlang der verschiedenen Teamkulturen aus soziologischer, psychologischer und aus der Perspektive von Geschlecht und Team nachgegangen.
Das Verstehen von Teams und Teamdynamiken soll noch vertieft werden durch die Verknüpfung mit Aspekten der Teamentwicklung und der Organisationstheorie.
Es erfolgt eine Einbettung in den Bereich der Supervision.
