230315 Experimentalphonetik: Einführung (S) (SoSe 2023)

In diesem Seminar werden die theoretischen Grundlagen der Experimentalphonetik besprochen und diese werden anhand kleiner Übungen praktisch vertieft. Am Ende des Semesters sollen die Teilnehmer in der Lage sein, eigene linguistische und phonetische Experimente zu entwickeln - Aufstellung von Hypothesen, konzeptionelle Planung der Durchführung und der statistischen Auswertung und Umsetzung derselben.
Erforderlich ist lediglich linguistisches und phonetisches Grundwissen. Weiterführende Methoden wie etwa Programmierung von Experimentumgebungen oder die Benutzung von R zur statistischen Auswertungen werden angeleitet, sollten sie erforderlich sein. Hierfür ist lediglich ein grundsätzliches Interesse an den "technischen" Aspekten der Linguistik wünschenswert.
