Neben dem Erproben und Kennenlernen des Aerobic/Stepaerobic als Fitnesssportart, geht es in dieser Veranstaltung um das Stpaerobic-Training als Gestaltungssportart. also konkret um das Erlernen der Basiselemente bis hin zur (gemeinsamen) Entwicklung längerer Choregraphien, die in spätere Arbeitsfelder übernommen werden können.
Im Theorie - Praxis - Bezug stehen die Belastungsdosierung für unterschiedliche Zielgruppen und trainingswissenschaftliche Begründungen eines Ausdauer, -Kraft - und Koordinationstrainings im Mittelpunkt. Des Weiteren wird der Einsatz des Aerobic im Inhaltsbereich Gymnastik/Tanz diskutiert und erprobt.
