Informationen zur Seminarplatzvergabe:
Die Vergabe der Plätze für die Seminare der Module J3, K2, und K3 des Studienganges Psychologie / Master of Science findet online über eine Qualtrics-Umfrage statt.

Die Teilnahme an der Seminarplatzvergabe ist bis Donnerstag, den 31.03.2022, um 23.59Uhr möglich.
Die Ergebnisse der Seminarplatzvergabe werden bis spätestens Montag, den 04.04.2022, auf der Homepage der AE11 (https://www.uni-bielefeld.de/fakultaeten/psychologie/abteilung/arbeitseinheiten/11/) veröffentlicht.

Menschen mit BPS erleben starke Anspannungszustände und intensive Gefühle. Sie geraten häufig in Konflikte mit anderen Menschen und gelten daher als schwierig, emotional anstrengend oder therapieresistent.
In diesem Seminar wird ein theoretischer Überblick zu Entstehung, Diagnostik und Behandlungsmöglichkeiten der BPS gegeben. Mit einem Fokus auf die DBT-Behandlung werden Strategien im Umgang mit Krisen sowie Gesprächsführungs- und Emotionsregulationstechniken vermittelt und gemeinsam geübt.
Lernziele:
- Ausbau von Wissen über das Erkrankungsbild
- Entwicklung einer therapeutischen Haltung gegenüber Menschen mit BPS
- Erlernen von Validierungstechniken
- Erlernen von Strategien zum Umgang mit Krisensituationen
- Kennenlernen zentraler Therapiebestandteile

Requirements for participation, required level

Wenn es die Hygieneregeln zulassen, soll die Veranstaltung in Teilen (v.a. für die Arbeit in Kleingruppen) im Präsenzmodus stattfinden, ggfs. wird auch eine Durchführung im Online-Format möglich sein.
