Dieses Seminar hat sowohl die Erarbeitung theoretischer Grundlagen der Erwachsenen- und Weiterbildung als die Diskussion von praktischen Konsequenzen zum Ziel. Zur Annäherung erfolgt ein Überblick über unterschiedliche theoretische Zugänge. Theorie-Praxisbezüge werden hinsichtlich von unterschiedlichen pädagogischen Handlungsfeldern diskutiert. Das Seminar wird vorwiegend als Lektürekurs umgesetzt. In diesem Sinne wird erwartet, dass sich die Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer regelmäßig und aktiv am Seminar beteiligen und bereit sind, in einen Text einzuführen und eine Diskussion anzuregen.
