Das Konzept einer Global Public Policy sowie das damit korrespondierende Verständnis von Globalisierung werden heute gut 15 Jahre nach Erscheinen entsprechender einschlägiger Publikationen nicht nur von theoretischen Ansätzen, sondern auch von empirisch zu beobachtenden Entwicklungen herausgefordert. In diesem Seminar werden die Hauptannahmen und Bezugspunkte dieser Konzepte erörtert und ihr Analysepotenzial mit Bezug auf zwei Politikfelder diskutiert, die in den vergangenen Jahren besonderen Veränderungsdynamiken ausgesetzt waren: der Finanz- sowie der Energiewirtschaft.
