Bei dieser Veranstaltung handelt es sich um eine Einführung in das Feld der Weiterbildung und in das erwachsenpädagogische Denken und Handeln.
Im Seminar wird zum einen ein Überblick über die zentralen Bereiche und Konzepte der Weiterbildung gegeben. Zum anderen werden Kernthemen in „Werkstatt-Sitzungen“ vertieft, sei es durch externe ExpertInnen oder durch fallbasierte Einübung von Kompetenzen.
Zentrale Themen sind u.a.
- Bereiche und Handlungsfelder der Weiterbildung
- Institutionen, Lernorte
- Adressaten, Teilnehmer & Beteiligungsstrukturen
- Lehren und Lernen
- Organisation und Management in der Weiterbildung
- Berufliches Handeln in der WeiterbildungIn der ersten Sitzung werden zentralen Literaturangaben, insbesondere Einführungen, zur Verfügung gestellt und kommentiert.
WICHTIG: Die Veranstaltung findet nur am Do. von 14-16 statt, der Dienstagstermin wird aus technischen Gründen erst demnächst entfernt.
