1) Die Studierenden- können nach Besuch der Veranstaltung die Wirkungsweise von Lokalanästhetika erklären,
- kennen unerwünschte Effekte und Risiken der Lokalanästhetikagabe,
- können unterschiedliche Verfahren der Regionalanästhesie benennen
- können Vor- und Nachteile der unterschiedlichen Techniken erklären
- können klinische Anwendungsbereiche für Regionalanästhesien nennen
- können klinisch relevante Unterschiede zwischen den Lokalanästhetika nennen
2) Die Studierenden
- können Indikationen, Kontraindikationen und Risiken für Regionalanästhesieverfahren benennen
- kennen erforderliches Basismonitoring
- können die Symptomatik der Lokalanästhetika-assoziierten systemischen Intoxikation erkennen
- können Risikofaktoren für eine systemische Toxizität benennen
1) Grundlagen, Regionalanästhesieverfahren (Lokal- vs. Regionalanästhesie, Landmarken, Stimulation, Sonographie), Lokalanästhetika (Wirkungsweise, NW)2) Spezifische Regionalanästhesieverfahren, Blockade Pl. Axillaris (ggf. interskalinär) (obere Extremität), Blockade N. femoralis (ggf. N. ischiadikus) (untere Extremität), Dermatome, Indikationen, Kontraindikationen, Komplikationen, Aufklärung
