Interprofessionelle Kernkompetenz: Rollen und VerantwortlichkeitenLernziele
Die Studierenden....
- ...verfügen über ein kritisches Verständnis für die verschiedenen Rollen von Gesundheitsberufen.
- ...können die Aufgaben, Funktionen und Verantwortungsbereiche von den in der Veranstaltung behandelten Gesundheitsberufen erläutern.
- ...entwickeln ein grundsätzliches Verständnis von interprofessioneller Zusammenarbeit und nehmen auf Basis dessen eine respektvolle Haltung gegenüber den anderen Gesundheitsberufen ein.
Die Veranstaltung findet digital im Block als interprofessionelles Lehr-/Lernformat in Kooperation mit der Fachhochschule Bielefeld (Bachelor Gesundheit), den Gesundheitsschulen des EvKBs (Pflegeschule, Schule für Diätassistenz, Schule für Physiotherapie und Schule für Ergotherapie) sowie dem Studiengang Klinische Linguistik der Universität Bielefeld statt.In der Veranstaltung werden Reflexionsaufgaben, eine Fallarbeit und Vorträge der Dozierenden genutzt. Für die beteiligten Berufsgruppen (Pflege, Physio-, Ergotherapie, Logopädie, Diätassistenz und Medizin) werden die beruflichen Rollen sowie Aufgaben- und Verantwortungsbereiche behandelt.
Die 8 UE der Veranstaltung enthalten 2 UE Vorlesung und 6 UE Seminar.
