Ziel: Der/die Student/in soll am Ende des Seminars die unterschiedlichen Formen des Deszensus genitalis und der Harninkontinenz benennen können, Ursachen, Diagnostika und erste allgemeine therapeutische Schritte einleiten können.


Diese Veranstaltung wird im Rahmen des Kompensationspunkte-Programms für Prüfungen angerechnet.

C. Lageveränderungen / Urogyn

Inhalt: Klinische, apparatetechnische (insbesondere Urodynamik) und bildgebende Diagnostik sowie Grundzüge der konservativen und operativen Therapie des Deszensus genitalis und der Harninkontinenz (Drang, Belastungs - und Mischinkontinenz). Die fachspezifischen Grundlagen der Anatomie des kleinen Beckens mit den \"Landmarks\" für operative Interventionen werden dargestellt.

Lageveränderungen des weiblichen Genitaltraktes: Descensus uteri und Descensus vaginae

  • Diagnostische Verfahren: die Grundlagen der Urethrozystometrie (Urodynamik/)
  • Therapeutische Maßnahmen: Prinzipien der operativen Therapie bei Schwäche des Beckenbodens sowie bei Descensus und Prolaps von Vagina und/oder Uterus

Stressinkontinenz, Urgeinkontinenz

  • Prinzipien normaler Struktur und Funktion: Interaktionen zwischen psychischen und sozialen Faktoren mit dem Verdauungstrakt, Kompartimente der kleinen Beckens und des Beckenbodens
  • Diagnostische Verfahren: Indikationen und Kontraindikationen der verschiedenen Sonografieverfahren; grundsätzlicher Ablauf einer abdominellen und vaginalen Sonografie
  • Therapeutische Maßnahmen: Grundprinzipien Beckenbodengymnastik, operative Therapie für die Belastungsinkontinenz, medikamentöse Therapie für die Dranginkontinenz
