Das Seminar führt in die Grundlagen des Bildungs- und Kulturmanagements ein. Es zielt darauf, eine Orientierung zu bieten, welche Kompetenzen für die Führung von Bildungs- bzw. Kultureinrichtungen erforderlich sind.
Thematisch werden folgende Aspekte im Mittelpunkt des Seminars stehen:
Bildungs- und Kulturbegriffe; Managementkonzepte; institutionelle Grundlagen von Bildungs-einrichtungen und Kulturbetrieben; rechtliche und finanzielle Rahmenbedingungen; Schlüssel-kompetenzen im Bildungs- und Kulturmanagement; Akteure und Netzwerke; Praxisbeispiele und Projekte; theoretische Rahmung und Architektur von Bildungs- und Kulturprogrammen.
Von den Studierenden wird erwartet, dass Eigenbeiträge insbesondere im Bereich der Ausarbei-tung von Praxisbeispielen und Projekten im Seminar mit einer entsprechenden schriftlichen Do-kumentation erbracht werden.
