Gegenstand der Lehrveranstaltung (mit begleitenden Arbeitsgemeinschaften) sind die Grundlagen des Rechts der unerlaubten Handlungen (insbesondere: §§ 823 ff BGB), der Geschäftsführung ohne Auftrag (§§ 677 ff BGB) und des Bereicherungsrechts (§§ 812 ff BGB). Es wird ein vorlesungsbegleitendes Skript mit Literaturhinweisen zum Zweck der Nacharbeit herausgegeben.
Eine Semesterabschlussklausur wird angeboten.
