Die praktische Berufsalltag einer jeden Pädagogin / eines jeden Pädagogen ist oft durchdrungen von Rechts- und Verwaltungsvorgaben. Sie scheinen sinnhaftes Handeln vielfach einzuschränken; das Gefühl von Gängelung durch den 'Grünen Tisch' beendet die eigene Motivation. Im Umgang mit der 'Außenwelt' gilt allerdings für die pädagogisch Tätigen manchmal das Umgekehrte: "Hier kann ich nicht anders; die Vorgaben sind eben so!" Und schließlich: Kooperation und Vernetzung sind moderne Schlüsselwörter - geben aber Recht und Verwaltungshandeln dazu den rechten Rahmen? Im Seminar sollen einige der Fragen anhand praktischer Fälle und Erfahrungen aufgegriffen und Lösungsmöglichkeiten diskutiert werden.
