Ich biete auch im Wintersemester 2022/2023 ein Kolloquium zu aktuellen Fragen der Rechtspolitik aus dem Bereich des Europa- und Verfassungsrechts an. Im Rahmen des Kolloquiums sollen aktuelle rechtspolitische Fragen diskutiert werden. Am Anfang der einstündigen Veranstaltung steht eine kurze Einführung in die Thematik, die auch aus dem Kreise der Teilnehmer kommen kann (Erwerb einer Schlüsselqualifikation möglich), danach wird diskutiert.
Die Themen werden im Wochenabstand kurzfristig festgelegt werden. Beispiele für aktuelle Themen im Sommersemester waren Rechtsfragen der Corona-Pandemie (Impfpflicht, Infektionsschutzgesetz), der Ukraine-Krieg, das Supreme Court-Urteil zum Abtreibungsverbot in den USA, die Rechtsstaatskrise in Polen.
