Ziel der Vorlesung ist es, einen Überblick über klassische und aktuelle Theorien, Methoden und Themenbereiche der Sozialpsychologie zu geben und Hauptfachstudierende auf die Vordiplomprüfung in Sozialpsychologie vorzubereiten. Die Vorlesung erstreckt sich über zwei Semester (Teil 1 jeweils im WS, Teil 2 im SS). Im Sommersemester werden die Themenberiche "Interpersonale Prozesse", "Gruppenprozesse" und "Anwendungen der Sozialpsychologie" behandelt.
Dieser Teil der Vorlesung ist auch im Rahmen des Ba.-Nebenfachs Psychologie als Pflichtveranstaltung 1.2 im Modul 1, ¿Einführung in die Psychologie¿ zu absolvieren.
