Begleitend zur Vorlesung "Geschichte der Bundesrepublik Deutschland (l949-1989)" unternimmt die Übung den Versuch, die Problematik der Vergangenheitsbewältigung in der Bundesrepublik auf der Grundlage analytischer Texte zur Rekonstruktion des kollektiven Gedächtnisses sowie einer Vielzahl von Quellen (u.a. Film- und Tondokumenten, Romanen und Theaterinszenierungen) zu entfalten und dergestalt einzuführen in die Perspektiven und Methoden der Zeithistorischen Konstellationsanalyse (ZKH). Ein Schwerpunkt wird u.a. auf die literarische und juristische Vergangenheitsbewältigung gelegt.
