Goals of the seminar:
- independent reading and understanding of scientific texts (in English)
- composition of a short written report (as a practice for the bachelor thesis)
- giving feedback
- preparation and presentation of a talk,
- The topic of the talk/report should be about a recent algorithmic problem in computational pangenomics and its solution.
The students are encouraged to suggest their own topics. Further suggestions are given by the lecturer.
