Im Unterschied zu vereindeutigenden Forderungen auf programmatischer Ebene sind Versuche, Inklusion im schulischen Kontext zu realisieren, im Kontext grundlegender Widersprüche und Dilemmata zu sehen. Daher bedarf es der Aufmerksamkeit für inklusive und exklusive Prozesse. Der mit Inklusion fokussierte ‚Umgang mit Heterogenität‘ verweist auf sich überschneidende Differenzkategorien. Damit rückt Schule als Ort der (Re-)Produktion von Differenz in den Blick.
Im Seminar setzen wir uns auf Basis theoretischer und empirischer Perspektiven sowie im Rahmen von Fallarbeit mit der Herstellung von Differenz in Schule und Unterricht in inklusiven Settings auseinander. Ein Schwerpunkt liegt auf dem spannungsvollen Verhältnis von Inklusion und Leistung: Ausgehend von einem sozialkonstruktivistischen Verständnis von Leistung (Bräu, 2018) betrachten wir die Herstellung von leistungsbezogenen Differenzen in inklusiven Settings. Auch angesichts gesteigerter Reflexionsanforderungen an (zukünftige) Lehrkräfte bietet das Seminar einen Rahmen für die (gemeinsame) Reflexion.
