Vertiefung grundlegender Kompetenzen bezüglich

  • der Eigenrealisation unter Nutzung neuer Ergebnisse der Schwimmsportforschung
  • der Vermittlung von Aktivitäten unter Nutzung eines offenen Bewegungslernens
  • des Erkennens von Ursachen für Bewegungsmängel und Maßnahmen zur Beseitigung (z.B. durch neue Sprache das Umlernen unterstützen)
  • des Erkennens, wie Aktivitäten im Bewegungsraum Wasser die Gesundheitsvorsorge unterstützt (z.B. durch Ermittlung und Vergelich von (unblutigen) Belastungskenngrößen)

Erwartet wird aktive Mitarbeit: Teilnahme an Theorie + Praxis sowie schriftliche Ausarbeitung eines spezifischen Themas, nach Vorstellung als Kurzvortrag.
Hinweis: Im Kontext Lernen - Üben - Trainieren liegt die Betonung auf Lernen, das Üben und Trainieren muss ggf. selbsttätig erfolgen.

Prüfungen i.Zshg. mit Schwimmen I erfolgreich abgeschlossen
Erwerb eines Rettungsscheins erfolgt
Hospitationstermine an BI-Schulen
