250320 Empowerment und Powersharing im Kontext pädagogischen Handelns in der Migrationsgesellschaft (S) (WiSe 2022/2023)

Die Konzepte Powersharing und Empowerment werden als Bausteine einer machtkritischen pädagogischen Praxis beschrieben. Im Seminar wollen wir ein theoretisch fundiertes Verständnis beider Konzepte mit ihren Möglichkeiten und Voraussetzungen erarbeiten und Fragen danach nachgehen, welche historische Bedeutung Empowerment haben, welche Risiken dabei bestehen und welche Rolle Positioniertheit im Kontext der Konzepte spielt. Dazu schauen wir auch anhand von Beispielen, wie Räume ermöglicht werden können.
