Durch den Einsatz digitaler Medien in Bildungskontexten können (Bildungs-)barrieren entstehen. Weiter eröffnen frei zugängliche und universal nutzbare (digitale) Medien Teilhabechancen für Schüler:innen. Vor diesem Hintergrund steigt gleichsam die Bedeutung von inklusions- und digitalisierungsbezogenen Kompetenzen. Der Umgang mit einer vielfältigen Schüler*innenschaft sowie der Wandel zur digitalen Lern- und Schulkultur gelten als die zentralen Herausforderungen für das Lehrer*innenhandeln im 21. Jahrhundert. Dabei bedürfen die Professionsbereiche Inklusion und Digitalisierung einer synergetischen Verknüpfung. Open-Educational-Ressources (OER) oder auch offene Bildungsmaterialien bieten in diesem Kontext vielfältige Möglichkeiten. Wir werden mit exemplarischen offenen Materialien zum Erwerb von digitalisierungs- und inklusionsbezogenen Kompetenzen arbeiten. Im Laufe des Seminars werden Sie die Möglichkeit erhalten, eigene OER-Materialien für das Themenfeld inklusiv-mediales Lehren und Lernen zu erstellen.
