230336 Diskurssemantik und Pragmatik (S) (WiSe 2022/2023)

Dieses Masterseminar führt in die formale Semantik und Pragmatik ein. Wir verwenden Ansätze aus der dynamischen Semantik, um ausgehend von klassischen semantischen Fragestellungen folgende sprachlichen Phänomene zu behandeln: Anaphorik im Diskurs, Präsuppositionen, Implikaturen, Diskursrelationen, Informationsstruktur und Questions under Discussion (QuDs) sowie die Modellierung von Dialogstruktur.

Die Veranstaltung besteht aus einem asynchronen Teil, der in Form von Vorlesungsvideos über Panopto angeboten wird. Die synchronen wöchentlichen Treffen dienen der Klärung von Fragen und der Präsentation von Lösungen zu den Analyseaufgaben.

Requirements for participation, required level

Grundkenntnisse in Semantik und Pragmatik sowie formalen Methoden werden empfohlen.

Bibliography

Literatur wird in der ersten Sitzung angegeben und in einem zur Veranstaltung eingerichteten LernraumPlus zur Verfügung gestellt.

Dieses Masterseminar hat das Format einer Vorlesung ergänzt durch Analyseaufgaben, die in Gruppenarbeiten von bis zu drei Studierenden erfolgen können. Für den Erhalt einer Studienleistung müssen mindestens sechs Lösungen zu Analyseaufgaben eingereicht werden. Die Verteilung der Aufgaben wird in der ersten Sitzung besprochen.

Eine modulübergreifende Prüfungsleistung kann durch eine Hausarbeit erworben werden, die einen Seminarinhalt vertieft.
