Politischer Populismus und Extremismus sind auf dem Vormarsch. Nicht zuletzt die "Mitte-Studie" 2022/23 hat dies veranschaulicht. Auch im SOWI-Unterricht können Ihnen beide Phänomene auf ganz unterschiedliche Weise begegnen. Zum einen sind Sie als angehende SOWI-Lehrkräfte aufgefordert sich mit gemeinsam mit Ihren Lerngruppen mit populistischen und extremistischen Tendenzen analytisch auseinanderzusetzen. Zum anderen können Sie sich im Klassenzimmer mit Äußerungen von Lernenden konfrontiert sehen, die den Boden der FDGO verlassen. Wie können/müssen Sie reagieren?
Im Verlauf dieses Seminars entwickeln wir gemeinsam Strategien der Bearbeitung von Populismus und Extremismus im SOWI-Unterricht. Entlang Ihrer Interessensschwerpunkte gestalten wir ein Seminar, an dessen Ende Sie auf einen Fundus aus Methoden/Materialien und Handlungsoptionen zurückgreifen können. Die Beschäftigung mit theoretischen und praxisorientierten Ansätzen (u.a. Betzavta) bildet dafür unsere Grundlage.
