Das Seminar führt in grundlegende Konzepte und Theorieperspektiven der Organisationssoziologie ein und erprobt sie an ausgewählten Problemen und empirischen Themen. Dabei werden wir unterschiedliche Lehr-/Lernelemente (u. a. Vorlesungsanteile, Arbeit in festen Kleingruppen, Kurzpräsentation von Ergebnissen) kombinieren. Die Veranstaltung ist so angelegt, dass sie auf die individuelle Modulabschlussleistung (schriftliche Hausarbeit) hinführt, also das Schreiben einer organisationssoziologischen Hausarbeit im Seminar vorbereitet wird. Genaue Informationen zum Ablauf, zu den Teilnahmeerwartungen und den Leistungsanforderungen für Einzelleistungen werden in der ersten Sitzung besprochen und bereitgestellt.
Achtung!
Die Veranstaltung besteht (aus rein technischen Gründen) aus zwei Teilen. Der zweite Teil wird von Dennis Firkus angeboten. In der Sache und im faktischen Veranstaltungsablauf handelt es sich aber um eine integrierte, vierstündige Veranstaltung! Sie kann daher auch nur in Kombination sinnvoll besucht und abgeschlossen werden. Teilnehmer*innen tragen sich daher bitte in beide Teile im eKVV ein.
