Die Studierenden:

  • erläutern die Pathomechanismen der obstruktiven Ventilationsstörung (VII.1b-03.9.2)
  • erläutern die Pathomechanismen der restriktiven Ventilationsstörung (VII.1b.03.9.3)
  • erläutern die Ätiologie und Pathogenese akuter und chronischer Entzüdnungen am Beispiel der Pneumonien und der Tuberkulose (VI.04-01.2.6)
  • können die typischen mikroskopischen Veränderungen entzündlicher Lungenveränderungen wie der Sarkoidose, der Tuberkulose u.a. Pneumonien erkennen (VII.2-02.3.2)
  • können benigne und maligne Neoplasien, Tumorsubtypen und Tumorklassifikationen beschreiben (VII.1b.-02.3.9)
  • können anhand des Beispieles Lungenkarzinom den Übergang von einem physiologischen in einen pathogenen Prozess erklären sowie mögliche exogene Stör- und Risikofaktoren an Beispielen erläutern (VII.1b-01.1.5)

Einführung in die Lungenpathologie

  • ARDS
  • Obstruktive Lungenerkrankungen (COPD, Asthma)
  • Restriktive Lungenerkrankungen (Fibrosierende Lungenerkrkankung, Übersicht Pneumokoniosen, Sarkoidose)
  • Infektionen (Pneumonien, Tuberkulose, opportunistische Infektionen)

Einführung in die Tumorpathologie anhand des Beispiels Lungenkarzinom

-         Nomenklatur gutartiger und benigner Tumoren

-         Unterscheidung maligne vs. benigne

-         Wuchsformen und Ausbreitungswege (Metastasierung)

-         Folgen: Zweiterkrankungen, paraneoplastische Syndrome

  • Lungenkarzinom: Bedeutung, Epidemiologie (siehe auch spezielles Seminar \"Lungenkarzinom bei der Frau\"), Risikofaktor Rauchen (siehe auch gesondertes Seminar \"Rauchen\"), weitere Auslöser, Biologie, Übersicht über Therapieformen
