Sie gestalten Entscheidungsprozesse gemeinsam mit Patientinnen und Patienten oder deren Bezugspersonen unter Berücksichtigung der Voraussetzungen und möglichen Folgen der Urteilsbildung (Partizipative Entscheidungsfindung/Shared Decision Making).

Sie können das Beteiligungsbedürfnis von Patientinnen und Patienten individuell klären und Entscheidungsprozesse gemeinsam mit diesen gestalten.


In dieser Unterrichtseinheit üben Sie anhand eines Falles in der Simulation die Beratung einer*s Patient*in zu kardiovaskulären Risikofaktoren. Sie üben hier konkret die Anwendung des ARRIBA-Tools, das Ihnen aus der Allgemeinmedizin bekannt ist.
