270112 Motivation und Selbstkonzept - Theorien und Befunde (S) (WiSe 2005/2006)

In den ersten Veranstaltungen werden die historischen Entwicklungen der Begriffe Motivation und Selbstkonzept dargestellt und frühe Theorien zu diesen Konstrukten erläutert. Im Anschluss daran werden die wichtigsten aktuellen Theorien dargestellt sowie deren Kompatibilität diskutiert. Bei der Auswahl an Forschungsbefunden wird der Schwerpunkt vor allem im Bereich der Pädagogischen Psychologie liegen. Zudem wird auch auf Befunde aus weiteren Anwendungsfächern eingegangen, wie zum Beispiel Sport- und Gesundheitspsychologie. Zum Abschluss des Seminars werden Ansätze zur Motivationsförderung anhand einzelner Programme erläutert und diskutiert.
