Ziel des Seminars ist die Entwicklung eines Projektes im Rahmen der deutschen Entwicklungszusammenarbeit in Lateinamerika. Anhand praktischer Beispiele aus der Entwicklungszusammenarbeit in einem ausgewählten Entwicklungsland befassen sich die Teilnehmer und Teilnehmerinnen mit Anforderungen der Projektentwicklung und werden so mit konkreten Instrumenten der Planung, des Monitoring und der Evaluierung von Projekten vertraut. Anhand von Fallbeispielen werden exemplarisch politische Ansätze herausgearbeitet und dabei die Potentiale und Grenzen der deutschen Entwicklungspolitik und ihrer Organisationen analysiert.
