Für diese Klausur besteht keine zwingende Anmeldepflicht.
Bitte bringen Sie zur Klausur einen Personalausweis bzw. Reisepass sowie Ihren Studierendenausweis mit. Während der Klausur erfolgt eine Identitätskontrolle am Platz.
Erlaubte Hilfsmittel: Gesetzessammlung BGB; Gesetzessammlung Gesellschaftsrecht; für ausländische Studierende: Wörterbuch.
Zulässige Markierungen: Farbliche Markierungen, Unterstreichungen, Verweise auf andere Normen (nur Nummern, Bsp.: -> § 128 HGB; -> § 271 BGB); Registerzettel für einzelne Gesetze (nicht für einzelne Normen).
Unzulässige Markierungen: Alles andere! Insbesondere nicht erlaubt sind Registerzettel, die einzelne Gesetzesstellen markieren, sowie Erläuterungen im Gesetzestext oder auf den Registerzetteln.Bitte bringen Sie Schreibpapier und Schreibutensilien mit. In den Klausurraum dürfen keine Jacken, Taschen etc. mitgebracht werden. Während der Klausur dürfen am Platz keine Handys, Smartphones etc. bei sich geführt werden. Nach Ausgabe der Klausuraufgaben wird das bei sich Führen eines Handys, Smartphones etc. am Platz als Täuschungsversuch betrachtet.
