In diesem Praktikum werden Inhalte des Vorlesungsteils "Proteinreinigung" des Mastermoduls "Aufarbeitung biotechnologischer Produkte/Proteinreinigung" praktisch vertieft. Die theoretisch behandelten Trenntechniken und Analysemethoden weden hier auf therapeutisch relevante Proteine angewandt, die aus tierischen Zellkulturen stammen. Das Praktikum versteht sich als Erweiterung und Fortführung der Praktika zur Proteinreinigung im 4. Semester (Säulen packen und testen, Praxismodul 1b) und im 6. Semester ("Ultrafiltration und Ionenaustauschchromatographie, Praxismodul III")
