Als Grundlagendisziplin der Literaturwissenschaft beschäftigt sich die Editionsphilologie mit der Herstellung qualitativ hochwertiger Textausgaben unter Heranziehung aller verfügbaren Quellen. Die dazu notwendigen Arbeitstechniken sind seit langem erprobt, doch hat die fortschreitende Digitalisierung auch hier zu neuen Möglichkeiten geführt. Abhängig von den Vorkenntnissen und Interessen der Teilnehmenden sollen in der Veranstaltung verschiedene philologische Grundkompetenzen vermittelt und erprobt werden: von der Lektüre alter Drucke und Handschriften über die Erstellung eines Variantenapparats und Stellenkommentars bis hin zur Umsetzung als Hypertext.
Informationen zum Dozenten: Priv.-Doz. Dr. Jörg Löffler ist Privatdozent für germanistische Literaturwissenschaft an der Universität Oldenburg. Er hat zahlreiche Veröffentlichungen zur deutschen Literaturgeschichte vorgelegt und umfangreiche Erfahrungen in Forschung und Lehre auf dem Gebiet der Computernutzung, die für Geisteswissenschaftler/Philologen spezifisch ist.
