In der Wahrnehmung vieler (Lehr-)Personen allgemeinbildender Schulen stellt
der Unterricht von Schüler/-innen mit einem Förderbedarf Emotionale und Soziale
Entwicklung in einer heterogenen Lerngruppe eine besondere Herausforderung
dar (Rolf & Stein 2015, 11). Ziel ist es in einer inklusionsorientierten Perspektive
auch für diese und alle anderen Schüler*innen das Lernen innerhalb einer
wertschätzenden Gemeinschaft zu ermöglichen. Dies bedeutet: Es soll zusammengeführt
werden, gerade dort wo vormals getrennt wurde.
Es erscheint nur verständlich, dass die Akteure in den Schulen vor Ort diese Prozesse
als überaus heraufordernd und in Teilen auch als problematisch erleben.
Die Systemlogik (Segregatives und auf zentrale Abschlüsse hin ausgerichtetes
Schulsystem) hat sich trotz Inklusion kaum verändert. Die Kulturen unter denen
eine inklusive Bildung der heterogenen Schüler*innenschaft ermöglicht werden
soll, sind nahezu unverändert zu denen, die vormals ihre „geordnete“ Segregation
sichergestellt haben. Auch die gesellschaftlichen Bedingungen, unter denen
die Schüler*innen aufwachsen, haben sich nicht grundlegend in eine inklusionsunterstützende
Richtung entwickelt.
Im Seminar lernen Sie einen in Deutschland noch wenig bekannten Ansatz zum Umgang mit Konflikten im Unterricht kennen.
