270168 Motivationsförderlicher Unterricht (BS) (SoSe 2022)

Fragen der schulischen Motivation sind traditionell von großer Bedeutung innerhalb der pädagogischen Psychologie. Als angehende Lehrkraft ist es von besonderem Interesse, wie Unterricht so gestaltet werden kann, dass er die Motivation der SchülerInnen fördert. Im Seminar soll auf Basis der Grundlagen zur (Lern-) Motivation (z.B. Leistungsmotivation, intrinsische und extrinsische Motivation, Kausalattributionen, Bezugsnormen) und zur Klassenführung, theoriebasierte Lehrkonzepte entwickelt und diskutiert werden, die motivationsförderlichen Unterricht ermöglichen. Im Fokus stehen dabei Tiefenstrukturen des Unterrichts und die Kommunikation zwischen Lehrkräften und SchülerInnen.
Das Blockseminar ist in zwei Teile aufgeteilt. Im ersten Teil (22./23. April) arbeiten wir bestehende Motivationsförderansätze auf. Dieser Teil wird voraussichtlich im Online-Format abgehalten. Im zweiten Teil arbeiten Sie in Kleingruppen an eigenen Förderansätzen, die auf spezifische schulische Probleme abgestimmt sind und stellen sich Ihre Ansätze gegenseitig vor (20./21. Mai). Dieser Teil wird voraussichtlich vor Ort in den Räumen der Universität Bielefeld stattfinden.

Idealerweise haben Sie bereits ein Basisseminar im Bereich Lehren und Lernen abgeschlossen und die Vorlesung "Psychologie für die Schule" besucht.
