Im kommenden Sommersemester werde ich ein Seminar anbieten zu dem Thema
Die Zeitgeschichte der Bundesrepublik im Spiegel der Rechtsprechung des Bundesverfassungsgerichts.
Das Seminar richtet sich an zwei Zielgruppen:
- Studierende des SPB 10, die dort einen Leistungsnachweis erwerben wollen,
- Sonstige Studierende, die eine Schlüsselqualifikation benötigen.Eine Schlüsselqualifikation kann erworben werden mit einem PP-gestützten Vortrag (eine schriftliche Ausarbeitung ist nicht erforderlich).
Für den Leistungsnachweis im SPB 10 gelten die Anforderungen der StudPrO.
Das Seminar soll im SoSe als Blockseminar stattfinden, der Temin wird in der Vorbesprechung vereinbart. Dort findet auch die Zuteilung der Referatsthemen statt.
Anmeldungen können ab 1.2. an den Lehrstuhl gerichtet werden, dort können auch Interessebekundungen für bestimmte Themen genannt werden.
