300351 Die Lebensmittel der Gesellschaft: Organisationsformen und Veränderungspotenziale des „food system“ (S) (SoSe 2023)

Das Seminar wird sich mit Herausforderungen und Veränderungspotenzialen des "modern food system" befassen samt den "Diskursen", die es umgeben. Offen ist einstweilen noch, wie der thematische Zuschnitt und Schwerpunkt des Seminars - angesichts von globalen Reichweiten der Herausforderungen und sachlichen Komplexitäten aller einzelnen Problemlagen - aussehen wird. Der Zugang wird aber in jedem Falle ein spezifisch organisationssoziologischer sein, sich auf die Organisationspotenziale beziehen, die Veränderungen vorantreiben und/oder Alternativen begrenzen. Denn obwohl in allen Debatten einschlägige Organistionen genannt werden, ist ihre Rolle alles andere als soziologisch erschlossen.

Die im gleichen Themenfeld geplante Lehrforschung muss leider in diesem Semester entfallen. Sie wird aber im Wintersemester (dann vierstündig) angeboten!!!
