Ziel des Seminars ist es, zentrale Konzepte zum Thema Stress und Stressbewältigung kennen zu lernen und auf den Schulalltag anwenden zu können. Hierbei werden Inhalte nicht nur theoretisch behandelt, sondern sollen auch selbst im eigenen Alltag angewandt werden.

Da es sich um ein Aufbauseminar handelt, wäre der vorherige Besuch der Vorlesung "Psychologie für die Schule" wünschenswert.
