Fach/Kompetenz: Führung und Management

Gruppen: 5-8

  • In dem Termin vereinbaren die Studierenden in ihrer Peer-Gruppe Umgangs- und Feedbackregeln für die Zusammenarbeit.
  • In dem Termin nehmen die Studierenden an einer Kompetenzkonferenz+ statt und reflektieren, warum sie Medizin studieren wollen/ was sie vom Medizinstudium erwarten.
  • Nach dem Termin können die Studierenden in ihrer Peer-Gruppe selbstständig eine Kompetenzkonferenz durchführen.

  • Kennenlernen des Formates \"Kompetenzkonferenz\" und \"Kompetenzkonferenz+\"
  • Vereinbarung von Gruppen- und Feedbackregeln
  • Durchführung einer \"Kompetenzkonferenz+\"

Wir treffen uns zunächst in Raum R1. Z2-01.

Bibliography

Die Durchführung der Kompetenzkonferenzen findet während der Selbstlernzeit statt, die bei den Kompetenzkonferenzen+ ausgewiesen ist und wird im Stundenplan angezeigt.
