Studierende können:

  • endokrine, parakrine und autokrine Signalübertragungen unterscheiden und kennen Beispiele für bedeutende Signalmoleküle und Signalrezeptoren
  • erklären Phasen und Regulation des Zellzyklus und der Zellteilung. Sie können die molekularen Vorgänge in den Zellzyklusphasen, sowie deren Kontrolle erklären
  • die strukturellen und funktionellen Veränderungen der Zellteilung,  den Ablauf von Mitose, sowie der Regulation erklären
  • die unterschiedlichen Arten des Zelltodes definieren
  • den Mechanismus, Regulation und Bedeutung von Apoptosen erläutern, sowie Prinzipien der Nekrose und deren Konsequenzen erklären



Im Rahmen der Vorlesung werden grundlegende Mechanismen und Prinzipien der Zellkommunikation vorgestellt.

Darüber hinaus werden Aspekte der inneren Organisation von Zellen vorgestellt. Darunter befinden sich Phasen des Zellzyklus und der Zellteilung, der Mitose. Regulatorische Mechanismen werden erörtert. Unterschiedliche Arten des Zelltodes werden vorgestellt.
