Unfallchirurgie

  • Die Studierenden kennen nach der Vorlesung die typischen Unfallmechanismen, die zu Verletzungen des proximalen Femurs, des Unterschenkels und des oberen Sprunggelenks führen
  • Die Studierenden kennen die typische klinische Symptomatik der genannten Frakturlokalisationen (proximaler Femur, Unterschenkel, oberes Sprunggelenk)
  • Die Studierenden können den Unterschied zwischen extraartikulären und artikulären Frakturen und ihrer Bedeutung für die Prognose nennen.
  • Die Studierenden können aus der klinischen und radiologischen Diagnostik zwischen einer pertrochantären Femurfraktur und Schenkelhalsfraktur differenzieren und die entsprechende Therapieformen erläutern (Osteosynthese, Gelenkersatz).
  • Die Studierenden können aus der radiologischen Diagnostik zwischen einer einfachen und mehrfragmentäre Unterschenkelfraktur unterscheiden, die jeweiligen Risiken erläutern (z.B. Kompartmentsyndrom) und die entsprechenden Therapieformen erläutern (Fixateur extern, Markangel-, Plattenosteosynthese). 
  • Die Studierenden kennen die typischen peri- und posttraumatischen Begleitzustände dieser Frakturentitäten (Femurkopfnekrose, Kompartmentsyndrom, Arthrose des oberen Sprunggelenkes)
  • Sie können die klinischen Symptome diese Begleitzustände benennen und erkennen
  • Sie kennen das allgemeine Behandlungsprinzip der Marknagelosteosynthese und Plattenosteosynthese
  • Sie kennen das Behandlungsprinzip und die Indikation zur Kompartmentspaltung

Orthopädie:

  1. Die Studierenden können die Verbreitung von Arthrosen in Hüft- und Kniegelenk in der Bevölkerung (Epidemiologie) beschreiben
  2. Die Studierenden können das Krankheitsbild der Arthrose in Hüft- und Kniegelenk beschreiben
  3. Die Studierenden können diagnostische Verfahren (Klinik und Röntgen) benennen und unterscheiden
  4. Die Studierenden können Therapien (operativ und konservativ) benennen und beschreiben


Unfallchirurgie

  • Systematik metaphysäre Fraktur - Schaftfraktur - Gelenkfraktur
  • Verletzungen des proximales Femurs
  • Unterschenkelschaftfraktur mit Kompartmentsyndrom
  • Bandverletzungen und Frakturen des oberen Sprunggelenkes

ORTH: Orthopädische Erkrankungen der unteren Extremität

  • Arthrosen in Hüft- und Kniegelenk, Epidemiologie
  • Diagnostik (Klinik und Röngten) und Therapie (operativ und konservativ)
